Shortlisted for

Poole Tourism Award 2013! We were shortlisted for the Pomotion prize at Poole Tourism Awards. Sadly we were in competition with ITV's brilliant 'Harbour Lives' series. Apparently it was a close call.

10,000 turn out

2013 was the first festival and attracted a crowd of more than ten thousand people who enjoyed the best of young British folk music and festive colour of morris dancers from all parts of England.

Folk On The Quay is inspired, event-managed, funded and supported by Poole Tourism. The festival is the brainchild of Anne Simpson, Poole Tourism's Events Manger.
